First of all, I know its late, but i didn't really get into this until the draft, so im hoping i can still try and sign one player before UFA's.

Islanders would like to offer Kelly a 2 year deal @ $2,750,000

Kelly had a great season last year, but I really think those were career numbers he put up. Also, this cap hit is relatively similar to the contract he just signed.
