A penalty is assessed for any infraction made on the league. These infractions have structure but can be subjective as well.
Any form of foul play will be assessed an infraction.
Some examples could be:
- being under or over the contracts allowable. - being over the salary cap - having to many minor league players - foul talk towards other members (Deemed vulgar or inappropriate) - Collusion - bidding on players which put you over the salary cap (Even if the bid is not won)
These rules again can be subjective to the TAB and are over looked by Penguins GM and Sens GM.
Penalties assessed will be allocated for each season and reset at the end of the season. They start when the offseason starts and continues until the end of the playoffs.
Penalties:
1st Infraction - A warning is assessed to the GM who commited the infraction. Also a $1 million dollar penalty to be assesed to the cap. 2nd Infraction - A 3rd round draft pick is removed from the team infracting, $1 million dollar penalty. 3rd Infraction - 2nd round pick, $1 million dollar penalty. 4th Infraction - 1st round pick, $1 million dollar penalty 5th Infraction - 1st, 2nd, 3rd round picks, $1 million dollar penalty. 6th Infraction - 2 1st round picks and the TAB votes if the member is allowed to stay 7th Infraction - Removed from the league.
