Looking to sign the senators current starting tender, comparables are as follows after a weird season from Andy, as he was injured but otherwise a stud when healthy on a young team
Rask-8.09 Fpts/game=$2.25 mil per our leagues ext Crawford 7.7 fpts/game=$2.66 mil per NHL cap Howard 7.23 fpts/game=$2.25 mil per NHL cap Rinne 5.85 fpts/game=$6mil per our leagues ext
That being said i'm offering Anderson 4 years at $4 million per year, i feel this is a realistic offer as its tough to say whether anderson can repeat what he did last year and may not even hold onto the starting job if you know anything about Lehner or the direction the sens are currently in.

Disapprove (2-1)
Im not sure that its a fair offer because Anderson put up a steller 8.09 FtsPts per game. He played only 24 games and was the 24th ranked Goalie. He was injured, but he has played many full seasons and is not a severe injury risk. Ottawa has added Bobby Ryan to their roster which will provide anderson with even more goal support. And not to mention, anderson put up those numbers without Karlsson and Spezza. But r loosing young talent and alfredsson.
If he remains healthy, Anderson could put up huge numbers, and where Goalies receive almost double the points most players do, I don't think a;\lmost half the salary of those players is a fair offer.
The players that were used to show salary expectations, were not a good comparison. Rask was signed at beginning of last year as a backup, wheras Tim Thomas was supposed to play this year, so it was a lucky sign. Howard and Crawford are not our leagues contracts and are due for raise, and Rinne was at 5.85 Fpts per Game, and Anderson was at 8.09 Fpts per game. Rinne makes 6M.
Im not saying that Anderson is the best goalie, but he is one of the best, playing alot of games for a good team. U may disagree but trying to keep salaries on par with production.

He should get a ton of points for the next few seasons, even in a time share. He would fetch a ton as a UFA. For reference, here is what I had to pay my goalies last year for two other references.
Carey Price (MTL - G) $5,500,000 (2015-2016) (RFA) - Extension Cory Schneider (VAN-G) $6,400,000 (2015-2016) - RFA bid match
Anderson is a bit older, but I would still expect $5 Million a year.
