Just posting this to know if we want to address the issues/ideas on RFA bidding/compensation/resigning from last year. If anyone would like to bring up an issue from last year or a potential one, here is the spot. We can discuss and possibly change before start of off season activities.
For instance:
A player is not bid upon in RFA bidding, then goes to be resigned by player owner at sub $1 M contract. Gets rejected by TAB. Player was not bid upon so - A - How do we determine value of a RFA who does not receive a bid? - B - If then said player goes to FA, does owner get compensation if players contract reaches compensation parameters?
Possible ideas as well. If a player is not bid upon in RFA bidding, perhaps EACH TAB member can present a contract they feel appropriate, then we can either average it out, or have commish make final ruling. Possibly a league poll to determine value. Then the owner can decide whether or not to accept the 1 year contract, or send player to FA.
Just throwing out ideas.

Yeah, I don't know how to make the RFA re-signing process easier.
I would like to move the TAB voting for approval down from 4 to 3. We only have 20 teams, so 4 votes in favour seems excessive.

this is my first year so have no experience either way. But the salary should start off at aleast last years salary, minimum. maybe plus 10%. if no one bids on the RFA and the original owner does not want they go to FA and can be signed for anything, except from the original owner
